Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 to 3 to instruct the 4th respondent company to regularize the petitioner's exit from service by receiving compensation in lieu of notice period and thereafter issue Relieving Order, Experience Certificate and all consequential service documents to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents 1 to 3 to instruct the 4th respondent company to regularize the petitioner's exit from service by receiving compensation in lieu of notice period and thereafter, to issue Relieving Order, Experience Certificate and all consequential service documents to the petitioner, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the sole bread winner of the family and he is only seeking a direction to consider his representation.

3. As seen from the prayer sought in this writ petition, the said prayer cannot be entertained in a writ petition. Furthermore, since the 4th respondent is a private limited company, it is not amenable to writ jurisdiction. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. K.SURENDER, J.
