From hereon and henceforth 'C.S.No.756 of 2004' shall be referred to as 'senior suit', 'C.S.No.570 of 2006' shall be referred to as 'first junior suit' and 'C.S.No.721 of 2010' shall be referred to as 'second junior suit'.

2. With regard to senior suit, it was originally filed as C.S.No.756 of 2004, thereafter owing to change in pecuniary jurisdiction, it was transferred and taken on file as O.S.No.11759 of 2010 on the file XV Additional Judges Court, City Civil Court, Chennai and then re-transferred to this Court at the instance of one of the parties and re-numbered as Tr.C.S.No.355 of 2014. This is recorded only for completion of facts.

3. All the learned counsel in these three suits submit that trial has been completed or in otherwords, recording of evidence, marking of exhibits is complete and that the matter is ripe for arguments. Necessary pleading set, documents set and deposition sets have also been filed, is the common say of all the learned counsel in these three suits.
