This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 89 days in filing the above appeal against the judgment and sentence passed by the learned Special Court (Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012), Vellore, Vellore District in Spl.SC.No.124 of 2022 dated 02.12.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 89 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
