Prayer: This Application has been filed under Order XIV Rule 8 of the Original Side Rules read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying to appoint a chartered accountant to forensically examine the accounts on the 1st defendant in terms of Clause 3 and 4 of the decree in C.S.No.900 of 2002 dated 17.09.2012.

Mr.Naga Vinod Yalamarthy, Chartered Accountant, [Mobile No. 96328 41188] of YNV Associates was appointed in A.No. 539 of 2021 in C.S.No.909 of 2002 by this Court, by order dated 04.06.2024. However, the said Chartered Accountant had not appeared before this Court and had not filed any report in compliance with the directions entrusted to him, necessitating consideration of coercive action by this Court.

2. Both the learned counsels are directed to issue notice to secure the appearance of the said person.

3. For his appearance, list the matter on 13.07.2026, failing which, adverse orders will be passed.

4. The learned counsel submits that the sole appellant had died and seeks time to take steps in this regard in the meantime. 07.04.2026 nvi
