This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, C-1, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai everyday at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13049 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners started complying conditions from 19.06.2023 and appeared before the respondent police till 30.06.2023 and thereafter, they did not comply the conditions.

3. Considering the said submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and the fact that investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions now. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
