Mr.R. Venkatesan, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has filed a Memo dated 21.06.2018 stating that the Petitioner was informed of final hearing of the matter by registered post, but the petitioner has not contacted him till date and hence he has "no instructions" to proceed further. The Registry has also issued Notice to the Petitioner for appearance as per the order dated 29.06.2018 passed by this court and the same has been returned unserved with postal endorsement "no such person".
