O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that he is residing at No.76, Balaramapuram, Adhanur Village, Madambakkam Post, Guduvanchery, and that the private respondents 5 and 6 have blocked the back entrance of the building by making unauthorised construction, in respect of which a representation dated 22.04.2013 was made. But the relief claimed in the petition is only for disposal of that representation.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the private respondents states that a civil suit is already pending inter se the parties in respect of the same issue.

3.We are of the view that the authorities may take a decision on the representation of the petitioner keeping in mind the pendency of the civil suit and communicate the decision to the petitioner within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of the order.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
