ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.08.2021 at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section Girl Missing @ 363, 366 IPC, 5(1)6(1) of POCSO Act 2012, in Crime No.68 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
