ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The present Writ Petition has been instituted challenging the interim order passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Branch on 12.11.2020 in O.A.No.490 of 2020.

The Tribunal passed the interim order that the interviews and all selection process shall go on subject to the out come of the original application filed in O.A.No.490 of 2020. The matter was directed to be posted for final hearing for completion of pleadings on 21.01.2021. Almost 3.5 years lapsed. This Court has not granted any interim order in the present Writ Petition. 3.

More so, the order impugned is to proceed with the selection process. However, subject to the outcome of the original application. Therefore, the rights of the petitioner is preserved and if at all he is aggrieved, he is at liberty to raise his contentions before the Tribunal in the Original Application, which is pending.
