The petitioner seeks a direction to 2nd respondent to consider her appeal dated 16.03.2024 and pass final orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the settlement deed dated 09.01.2024 executed by the mother of the petitioner was presented for registration before the 3rd respondent and he refused registration by order dated 29.01.2024. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent on 16.03.2024 and the same has not been disposed of till date.

3. The learned Government Advocate, who is taking notice for respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within the time limit fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made 2/5

by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 16.03.2004 on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
