ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application made by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the property and for the transfer of the patta in his favour with respect to the subject property.

2. Mr.E.Balamurugane, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the respondent has fixed the date for enquiry on 14.12.2020 at 10 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the respondent has already called the petitioner for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct enquiry and take a final decision strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
