Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.793 of 2017 in Crl.A.25 of 2015 dated 01.02.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SHANKER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.RAMAR, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [CRL.SIDE] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is to relax the condition made in Crl.M.P.No.793 of 2017 in Crl.A.25 of 2015 dated 01.02.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner has been complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.793 of 2017 in Crl.A.25 of 2015 dated 01.02.2017 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned 1st Additional Session Judge, Tiruvallur on the first working day of once in three months at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
