When the Civil Revision Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 08.12.2025. As per the terms of Joint Compromise Memo, the petitioner/tenant handed over the vacant possession of the basement floor of the demised premises which is subject matter of the CRP.No.3402 of 2025 in RLTOP.No.402 of 2023 on the file of the XI Small 3/6
Causes Court, Chennai. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition No.3402 of 2025 is dismissed as settled out of Court and RLTOP.No.402 of 2023 pending on the file of the XI Small Causes Court, Chennai, is quashed.
2. It is also stated by the counsel for the petitioner and the respondent that parties entered into a fresh lease agreement in respect of 7th floor portion, which is subject matter of RLTOP.No.578 of 2023 and therefore, the Civil Revision Petition may be disposed of as there is no need to proceed with RLTOP.No.578 of 2023.
3. Recording the same, the CRP.No.2207 of 2025 is disposed of and RLTOP.No.578 of 2023 pending on the file of the XIII Small Causes Court, Chennai is quashed.
4. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 08.12.2025 signed by the parties and counter signed by their respective counsel is recorded and the same shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petitions are closed.
