ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 389 of Criminal Procedural Code praying to condone the delay of 328 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the conviction order passed by the Learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Vellore in SPL.SC.No.132/2023, dated 17.04.2025.

2. Heard Mr.B.Balavijayan, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.L.Baskaran, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent Police.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Respondent Police submits that he has no objection for allowing this petition.
