Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 3 respondents permit the petitioner to put a bore well and also to lay a 2 feet thar road for access a temple namely Arulmigu Sri Bala Dhandayudahapani Thirukoil situated at Karungadu Forest Land, Vadakathamapatty, Salem District to consider the petitioner representation, dated 24.03.2025.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner has already given a representation, dated 24.03.2025 seeking permission to put a bore well and to lay a two feet thar road to access the petition mentioned temple.

3. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation through on-line portal to the first respondent. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation on merits within a period of four weeks after receipt. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
