The petitioners have come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in C.C.No.4905 of 2013 on the file of II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same. 2.Today (18.02.2016), the first petitioner/husband, the respondent/wife and their respective counsel were present before this Court and their identification is also verified by this Court. The respondent/wife would submit that since the first petitioner and herself have joined together, she has no objection for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.4905 of 2013 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. 3.Recording the submission made by the respondent/wife, the entire proceedings in C.C.No.4905 of 2013 on the file of the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in respect of the petitioners is hereby quashed and this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
