ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a Certiorarified Mandamus quashing the letter of the respondent dated 11.06.2013 and consequently direct the respondent to remove the petitioner's name from its 'Holiday list' of contractors disqualified from bidding for tenders issued by the respondent.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the name of the petitioner was removed from the 'Holiday list' https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of contractors and he is also continuing the business as of now, which has been agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication herein. Hence, recording the said submission, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
