In the affidavit in support of A.No.3130 of 2024, it is stated that the defendant could not be represented on the said date because the vakalat was filed only on 16.04.2024. The plaintiff has filed a counter to this application and opposes the same. Upon examining the affidavit and counter affidavit and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, A.No.3130 of 2024 is allowed and the order dated 16.04.2024 setting the applicant / defendant ex parte is set aside.
