Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in reversing/modifying the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.6627 of 2013 dated 12.02.2015 on the file of the XVIII Asst. Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. For Appellant : Mr.A.Muthukumar For Respondent : Mr. M.L.Ramesh JUDGEMENT Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for appellant and respondent appeared. Already this matter was referred to 1/3

mediation to arrive a settlement between brother and sister and the report from the Mediation Centre is received. Before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this court, settlement was arrived amicably between the parties and a settlement agreement was executed by both parties on 10.01.2024. The copy of settlement agreement enclosed with the bundle was perused. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is disposed of as per terms and conditions of Settlement Agreement. The said Settlement Agreement dated 10.01.2024 shall form part and parcel of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. If any of the party violated the terms, both parties are entitled to approach the court to proceed with the final decree proceedings.
