ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents1 to 3. Issuance of notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with.

2. The Patta in respect of the petition-mentioned property stands in the name of the writ petitioner's father. The 4th respondent lodged a complaint alleging that the petitioner's father obtained a fake patta. Consequently, summon was issued to the petitioner, an inquiry was held and the petitioner offered his objections. The petitioner's grievance is that till date the said inquiry has not been concluded. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The 2nd respondent herein is directed to conclude the petitionmentioned proceedings and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
