Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.O.P.No.16122 of 2019 order dated 24.06.2019 that Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand Only) to concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUDHAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned District Mineral Foundation Trust.

3.Considering the submissions made by the counsel on either side, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner made in Crl.O.P. No.16122 of 2019 to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) as non refundable deposit to the credit of the concerned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
