ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 10645 of 2026, dated 28.04.2026.

2.It is stated that the petitioner has complied the condition from 11.05.2025 to 18.05.2026 without fail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) does not dispute the said fact.

4.Hence, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition imposed by this Court. Accordingly, the aforesaid condition is relaxed. To that extent, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 21-05-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MSM
