Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Honble Court that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.1111 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.29815 of 2017 by an order dated 07.02.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DURAIMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition filed for relaxing the conditions imposed by this Court made in Crl.M.P.No.1111 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.29815 of 2017 by order dated 07.02.2018, by which this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a week, every Saturday, at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 17.02.2018 onwards without fail.

3. Considering the said compliance of the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered with the following direction that, the petitioner, hereafter shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required.
