ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.02.2025 and 26.04.2025.

The facts of the case is that the petitioner was appointed in the 3rd respondent University. However, after Government take administration of the University, the petitioner was transferred to Co-operative Societies, Ramanathapuram and thereafter, he was transferred to Chennai. Aggrieved by this, the petitioner has given representation to the respondents dated 24.02.2025. and 26.04.2025, seeking transfer to Chidambaram or Vridhachalam and the same were not considered till date. Hence the present writ petition has been filed.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has one daughter and one son affected with 100% visual impairment. In view of peculiar circumstances, his presence at Chidambaram would be of immense helpful to his son and daughter. Based on the above ground, the petitioner has given representation dated 24.02.2025. and 26.04.2025 and the same were pending before the respondents. 4.

At this juncture, learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit they would consider the representation of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 6.

In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court without going into the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2025. and 26.04.2025, and pass order on it's own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
