This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.4894 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023 on condition that petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30. p.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every saturday at 6.30 p.m. until further order in Crime No.1 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month at 10.30 a.m., on alternative Saturdays starting from next Saturday (i.e. on 15.07.2023) until further orders.
