This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.02.2018.
2. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner had already filed a civil suit and in the said suit, status quo has been ordered and inspite of the said Order, the accused persons have trespassed in to his premises and broke open the lock in respect of the portion situated in the second floor of the property and occupied the same. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent. But so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint.
3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 28.02.2018 itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
