ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.8(b) by this Court on the petitioner directing him to appear before the learned Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 5643 of 2026, dated 26.03.2026.

2.Mr.A.Kumaraguru, learned Senior Panel Counsel (SPC) submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in toto.
