Respondents in all the three cases Prayer: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the concerned records from the 1st respondent, quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 30.05.2018 in O.A/310/00592/2018, O.A./310/00593/2018 and O.A./310/00594/2018 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law in so far as not deciding the original application on its merits and disposing the same by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2018 and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to 5 to regularize the services of the petitioner in the post of Scientist B from the date of initial appointment.
