Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide admission to the petitioner in Diploma in Teacher Education Course in any one of the Government Teacher Training Institute under the special admission under taken by the State Government under G.O.Ms.No.136 school education (U1) Department dated 7.9.2001 as well as G.O.Ms.89 School Education Dept., dated 17.6.2002 without insisting the petitioner for having undergone the refresher course.
