ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that no complaint lodged by the petitioner has been received by the respondent police.

2.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to prefer a fresh complaint with the respondent police in accordance with law. On receipt of the said complaint, the respondent police is directed to take further action as per law. With the abovesaid observation, the criminal original petition is closed.
