ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 6(b) of the order dated 13.05.2026 made in Crl.O.P.No.12225 of 2026.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 13.05.2026 at paragraph 6(b) viz., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, B2 Esplanade Police Station, High Court Parrys, George Town, Chennai, daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. Except the above said modification, all other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
