This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10350 of 2025, dated 07.04.2025.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 07.04.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner directing him to execute one blood related surety and one local surety. However, due to the petitioner's illness, he was unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he seeks an extension of time and further prays for modification of the condition regarding the blood related surety.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the petitioner's counsel, this Court is inclined to modify the earlier condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10350 of 2025, dated 07.04.2025, to the effect that, "... the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two local sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction....."

4. Further, the time to execute the sureties and to comply with the order dated 07.04.2025 is extended for a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the condition is modified and the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
