This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.435 of 2017 pending on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and Referred Charge Sheet will be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chengalpet.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that FIR itself came to be registered pursuant to the orders passed by the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the subsequent development that has taken place, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to file the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Chengalpet within a period of one month from today. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report filed by the respondent police, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy by filing a protest petition and proceed further in accordance with law.
