Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, praying to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in G.O.Ms.(D) No.202, Animal Husbandry Dairying and Fisheries Department (T.P7) dated 03.07.2014 received by the petitioner from the 2nd respondent vide in his letter Na.Ka.No.708/A/2014 dated 18.07.2014 and quash the same and to direct the respondents 1 and 3 to pay the petitioner, the qualifying pension amount from the date of acceptance of his resignation i.e. 31.1.1988 till realization and further to continue to pay the monthly pension in accordance with law. ORDER

After hearing the matter for some time, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition on the ground that pension that for which the petitioner would be entitled to for the number of years of service rendered by him would be less than the minimum pension awarded in favour of the petitioner through the impugned Government order.
