The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the order of transfer dated 03.08.2013, is under challenge in this writ petition. However, the said transfer order has been subsequently withdrawn and the writ petitioner had already been deputed to Vellore District. This being the factum of the case no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

2.Accordingly the Writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
