C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed to to call for the records pertaining to the notice issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.2211/A Pa Pi/2024 dated 25.06.2024 and quash the same as illegal and incompetent and consequently direct the respondent to release the petitioners' sale deed pending document No.P28/2024, P29/2024, P30/2024 within a reasonable time.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the 1st respondent appeared in person before this Court and submitted that the documents of the petitioners had already been registered but on the date when the documents was presented for registration, the same cannot be registered since there was some law and order issue. The purchaser brought some of the hooligans to attack the Sub-Registrar. In this regard, she has given criminal complaint and video also played before this Court to substantiate the same.

3. Considering the above fact that the action is dropped against the contemnor and the documents of the petitioners has already been released, no further adjudication is necessary in these writ petitions.
