ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.04.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The writ petitioner is running a bunk shop at the petition mentioned site, which has been declared as vending zone. The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 20.04.2026 to the respondents seeking permission to continue to run his shop and the same is yet to be considered.

4. According to the writ petitioner, the respondents are attempting to dispossess him. We, therefore, direct the second respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in

accordance with law. Till the petitioner's representation is disposed of, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed.
