Govindharaj aged about 38 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Thiruchirappalli, under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as GOONDA and to quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the Detenue Mr.Prakash @ Gilli Prakash S/o. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority.
Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
