This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, the second respondent has conducted enquiry and closed the complaint on 30.01.2018. Hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that even after closing the complaint, the second respondent is frequently calling the petitioner and unnecessarily harassing him.
4.Admittedly, the complaint which was received by the second respondent against the petitioner was closed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
30.01.2018. In the said circumstances, the second respondent should not unnecessarily harass the petitioner. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
