The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents, their men, agents and officials or any one acting through them from in any manner interfering and disturbing with the peaceful conduct of day to day affairs of business and all other lawful activities interalia that of providing therapeutic massage treatment and healthcare facilities at the premises of the petitioner in the name and style of Sree Agathiyar Herbal Cross Massage Centre situated at 41, Jeevanandam Street, S.F.No.1384/1, First Floor, Karur Bye Pass Road, Erode - 638 002. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the massage centre itself was closed prior to six months.
