2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.11824 of 2026, dated 07.05.2026 and issue a fresh order copy. The petitioner is granted further time till 10.06.2026, to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 11824 of 2026 dated 07.05.2026."
