O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner and the fifth respondent are running the Arasu Cable TV Network as of now and the licence was also granted by the competent Authorities.

2. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to give proper protection to run the Cable Television Network as per the registration of the third respondent.

3. The relief sought for in this writ petition during the year 2016 lost its relevance. The respondents also made a submission that the petitioner and the fifth respondent are peacefully running the business without any obstructions.
