Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in the Crl.O.P.No.5038 of 2018 dated 22.02.2018, the 3rd petitioner S.Bashyam shall report before the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition filed for relaxing the conditions imposed by this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.5038 of 2018 dated 22.02.2018, whereby the third petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the 3rd petitioner has been complying with the condition from 09.03.2018 onwards without fail.

3. Considering the said compliance of the third petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered with the following modification that, the petitioner, hereafter shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required.
