ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.02.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 120(B), 302, 506 (ii) of IPC in Crime No.48 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 13.03.2021.

3.The earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8751 of 2021 on 19.05.2021 on the very same ground and there is no change of circumstance as on date. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
