Asha Devi v. The Tahsildar

This petition has been filed by the writ petitioners to implead the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Housing Board as second respondent and the Executive Engineer, Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Hosur as third respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Heard both sides. The Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent no objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and being satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the writ petition.
