O R D E R
This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1368 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional Judge, Family Court at Coimbatore.
2. The petitioner is the husband and respondent is the wife. She has presented H.M.O.P.No.1368 of 2021 seeking for restitution of conjugal rights. The husband has filed a counter to the said petition and has also sought for divorce by way of a counter claim. The husband is a resident of Australia and is represented by his power of attorney before the Family Court. He has also sought for permission to appear before the Additional Family Court via video-conferencing and the said permission has also been granted.
3. Considering the fact that the parties have been litigating for a few years including litigations in Australia, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional Judge, Family Court at Coimbatore to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.1368 of 2021 and the counter claim filed by the respondent 2/4
within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
