2.However, when the matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioners are permitted to approach the authorities concerned by way of fresh representation, indicating their grievances and on such approach, the authorities concerned may be directed to dispose of the same.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel

for the petitioners, this Court permits the petitioners to submit a fresh representation indicating their grievances along with a copy of this order to the authorities concerned within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the authorities concerned shall consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

4.Accordingly, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
