ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the issue is now covered against the petitioner in terms of the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the case of M/s.Om Sakthi Kalikambal Multi-State Cooperative Housing Society Limited Vs. The Inspector General of Registration, Chennai and another in W.A.No.246 of 2022 vide order dated 12.08.2022.
2. In view of the above observations and submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
