ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.08.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 364, 302, r/w 149 and 201 of IPC in Crime No.740 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner has given a new address in the death report i.e.No.164, Annai Sathiya Nagar, Thandayarpetai, Chennai-81, the same is also not the correct address of the petitioner.

3.In spite of the indulgence of this Court, the petitioner has not come out with the correct address and also the petitioner has been arrested after 1 1⁄2 years based on the NBW. 4.Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has not come out of the correct address, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
