CR.NO.176 OF 2018 respectively Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.5331 & 5222 of 2018 dated 22.02.2018. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.R.APPASWAMEE, Advocate for the petitioner(IN BOTH THE PETITIONS)and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent(IN BOTH THE PETITIONS)the court made the following order:- These two petitions are filed for relaxing the conditions imposed by this Court made in Crl.O.P.Nos.5331 & 5222 of 2018 dated 22.02.2018, by which this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the said condition for more than thee weeks.

3. Considering the compliance made by the petitioners, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered with the following modification that, hereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required.
